Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs payments made for software services, custom development, consulting engagements, subscriptions, maintenance plans, support services, and other solutions provided by foxgenix.

By purchasing any service, you agree to this policy.

Custom Software Development

Due to the nature of custom software development, planning, design, engineering, and implementation services:

• Payments made for completed work are non-refundable.
• Payments made for completed project phases are non-refundable.
• Advance payments reserve resources and project schedules and are generally non-refundable.
• If a project is terminated before completion, work completed up to the termination date shall be billable.

Consulting & Advisory Services

Fees paid for consulting sessions, workshops, assessments, strategy sessions, or advisory engagements are non-refundable once services have been delivered.

Rescheduling requests may be accommodated subject to availability.

SaaS & Subscription Services

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable after a billing cycle begins.

• Users may cancel future renewals at any time.
• Cancellation prevents future charges but does not generate refunds for completed billing periods unless required by law.

Project Cancellation

Clients may cancel projects by written notice.

Any completed work, allocated resources, purchased licenses, third-party costs, or committed development effort up to the cancellation date shall remain payable.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis where:

• Duplicate payments occur
• Billing errors occur
• Services cannot be delivered due to reasons solely attributable to foxgenix

Approval of refunds remains at the sole discretion of foxgenix.
