Custom development services may include business applications, workflow automation systems, operational platforms, management systems, dashboards, integrations, web applications, and industry-specific software solutions.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project requirements, business objectives, operational expectations, and necessary information required for successful project execution.
Successful project delivery requires timely communication, feedback, approvals, testing participation, and collaboration throughout the development process.
Delivery timelines are estimates based on available information and project scope. Changes in requirements, approval delays, dependency issues, or unforeseen circumstances may affect project schedules.
Any functionality, requirements, features, integrations, or modifications introduced after project approval may be treated as a change request and may impact project cost, scope, resources, and delivery timelines.
Projects may require external services such as hosting, APIs, payment gateways, messaging services, software licenses, or cloud infrastructure. Associated third-party costs remain the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed.
Ownership rights for custom-developed solutions shall be governed by applicable project agreements. Client business data remains the property of the client, while proprietary frameworks, methodologies, reusable components, and development assets remain the property of foxgenix unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are responsible for reviewing delivered work and providing acceptance feedback within agreed review periods. Project acceptance may occur through formal approval, production deployment, or operational use of the delivered solution.
Where applicable, a limited post-delivery warranty period may be provided for the correction of software defects. Warranty coverage does not include new features, scope changes, third-party issues, or modifications made by unauthorized parties.
Long-term maintenance, enhancements, support services, feature additions, and operational assistance may require separate maintenance or support agreements.
Services are delivered based on approved requirements and documented project scope. Any functionality not explicitly included within the agreed scope may require separate estimation, approval, and implementation.
