FoxGenix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of revenue, business opportunities, or data arising from the use of our services.

We provide strategic and execution support, but do not guarantee specific business outcomes.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold FoxGenix harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from misuse of services or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

• Payments are not fulfilled
